Evidence Storage
The Pyr-Tech Evidence Storage Facility provides secure protection for those crucial items involved in any investigation. The main facility is located at Pyr-Tech's Corporate Office in Collinsville, Illinois. Items taken and secured as evidence are
systematically catalogued and organized by our in-house evidence
technician. The entire structure has a multi-alarm system that is monitored
twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, for both intrusion and fire.
Resident Investigators have local storage units that help facilitate evidence handling in their areas.
If an evidence exam becomes necessary during the course of an investigation, Pyr-Tech's building is equipped to host such examinations. Pyr-Tech's climate controlled examination room is located within the Evidence Storage Facility and provides the ideal setting for destructive and non-destructive examinations.
An assortment of
tools and other equipment is available on-site to assist with projects. The room allows multiple investigators, engineers, attorneys and other representatives to examine evidence items at the same time, any time of the year.
